Art Journaling

Art journaling is a long-standing art tradition that has recently gained popularity. Art journaling combines lines, shapes, colors, textures, collage, images, painting, drawing and words as a way to explore creativity. Students will use creative processes to explore their emotions and perceptions in their art journals, as they further develop their own identities. They will learn to address their challenges and express their feelings by sharing their art journals in a safe and secure group setting. this class will support each student's sense of self-efficacy and provide habits for healthy, emotionally balanced approach to life.
